KALEIDOSCOPE TV CASE STUDY
【PT】O "Kaleidoscope TV" é um streaming ficcional de animes criado pelo Dhyan Shanasa (Motion Designer e Diretor Criativo do Supernova Duo) para as aulas do Motion Design - O Desafio desenvolvido pelo Layer Lemonade. A principal tarefa de quem acompanhou as aulas foi reproduzir a peça como forma de estudo e o Studio Moxi topou o desafio.
A animação foi feita inteiramente no Adobe After Effects, exceto os trechos dos animes presentes do monitor. A priori não há animação de personagem, apenas detalhes deles são animados (como os olhos piscando) e/ou utilizando algum efeito nativo do AE e Position.
Peça simples e minimalista. Ou seja, poucos elementos em sua composição. Mas bem animada e com apelo visual ideal para chamar atenção para o principal objetivo que é mostrar os animes que estão no catálogo do streaming.

【ENG】 The "Kaleidoscope TV" is a fictional anime streaming platform created by Dhyan Shanasa (Motion Designer and Creative Director from Supernova Duo) for the Motion Design - The Challenge classes developed by Layer Lemonade. The main askfor those following the classes was to recreate the piece as a study exercise, and Studio Moxi accepted the challenge.
The animation was created entirely in Adobe After Effects, except for the anime clips shown on the monitor. At the first glance, there is no full character animation, only specific details, such as blinking eyes, are animated and/or enhanced using some native AE effects and Position adjustments.
The project is simple and minimalist, with few elements in its composition. Despite its simplicity, the piece is explertly animated and visually striking, effectively capturing attention and highlighting its primary goal: showcasing the anime catalog on the streaming platfom.
